What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
Direct Primary Care is a membership-based model that gives you unlimited access to your doctor for a simple monthly fee. No insurance, no co-pays, no red tape—just personalized care when you need it.
Do you accept insurance?
No—we intentionally don’t bill insurance. This allows us to focus entirely on your care, cut out unnecessary costs, and spend more time with you, not paperwork.
What does my membership include?
Your membership includes unlimited in-person visits, virtual consults, same- or next-day appointments, basic labs, chronic care management, pediatric and women’s health services, and more.
How much does it cost?
We offer simple, transparent pricing based on age or family size. No surprise bills—ever.
Can I use my insurance for labs, medications, or specialists?
Yes. While we don’t bill insurance ourselves, you can still use your insurance for things like prescriptions, outside labs, imaging, or specialist care. We’ll even help coordinate and find the best cash prices if you’re paying out-of-pocket.
Do you offer care for children and families?
Absolutely. We love caring for the whole family—from newborns to grandparents. We provide wellness visits, school forms, vaccinations, and same-day sick care for kids.
What if I need urgent care or go to the ER?
We’re your first call. Many urgent issues can be handled directly by us—often saving you a trip to the ER. If it’s an emergency, we’ll help coordinate care and follow up closely afterward.
How do I reach the doctor after hours?
Members have direct access to their provider via text, phone, or video—even after hours. We’re here when you need us, not just 9–5.
What if I’m healthy and rarely go to the doctor?
DPC isn’t just for when you’re sick—it’s about staying healthy. We focus on prevention, wellness, and building a relationship over time, so small problems don’t become big ones.
